A leaderboard reshuffle with a geography story

The shift toward Chinese-developed models at the top of the video arena tracks a broader pattern this year: aggressive pricing and rapid iteration from Chinese labs squeezing Western incumbents just as compute costs made some of those incumbents' products unsustainable.
